What is the price per lesson?
Our pricing is based on weekly swim lessons, with the convenience of the same day and time each week, starting at $219 for a set of 4 private 1:1 30-minute lessons.
We also offer drop-in lessons, starting at $60 for a private 30-minute 1:1 session.
For additional savings, consider adding a friend or two to create semi-private lessons!

Do you teach different swim levels in the same class?
We can accommodate this in some scenarios. Please connect with a team member to see if this option will work for you.
Can parents come onto the deck?
Are your instructors certified?
Yes. All of our instructors are Certified Swim Instructors through the LifeSaving Society. Many of our instructors also have additional certifications including their Lifesaving Certification and National Lifeguard Certification.
Will my swimmer be joined with another family?
Do you have more than one location?
YES – We have 15 locations in British Columbia and growing!

What is the best age to start swimming lessons?
Can a parent join a little ones swim class?
Is the pool private for our Inspired Swim swimmers only?
Yes – Most of our locations are private pools and you will be the only swimmers in the pool.
We do have some locations that have 2 lessons going on at once
No – Our Coquitlam location is a shared pool environment.
How do I receive my child's report card?

All you need is your child’s first and last name . Must be in the format Jane Doe. Very easy, paperless, dry and convenient.

How do I enroll myself or my kids in lessons?
Click to find your nearest pool, and select “Book Now” to schedule your day and time. Follow the sign-up process and make your payment online. Alternatively, you can sign up by calling us at 236-326-SWIM (7946).
Can I makeup lessons if I miss a lesson?
We ask that you provide at least 48 hours’ notice for lesson cancellations. Each month, you may reschedule one make-up lesson within the next 60 days at any available pool and time. Please note that without 48 hours’ notice, we’re unable to offer make-up lessons.
What is the cancellation policy?
When do my lessons renew?
Lessons are purchased in 4-week interval packages and auto-renewed for another 4 weeks following completion of the last lesson in that 4-week interval period. This ensures your day/time selection is maintained.
Can I pause my lessons?
Swimmers are allowed to pause their lessons for up to one month once per year, with a minimum of 30 days’ notice. During this pause, their scheduled swim day and time will remain reserved for when they resume.
When are my lessons?
Guaranteed weekly swim lessons for the life of your ongoing payment are based on the first lessons booked day and time. If you wish to change the scheduled day/time, please reach out to our team to determine availability. Email info@inspiredswim.com or text 236-326-SWIM (7946)
What forms of payment do you accept for membership?
Our primary payment method is credit card, however we will also accept payment by e-transfer. Please ensure to contact a team member prior to submitting any e-transfer payments.
Will my swimmer get a report card?
Yes. A Swimgen report card will be issued for each swimmer under a membership.
