Are there any additional fees?
No hidden fees! Our pricing includes instructor time, pool access, and all necessary equipment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. Payment is processed securely through our online platform at the time of booking.
Can I get a refund if I need to cancel?
Refunds for cancelled sets follow our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Make-up lessons are limited and subject to our Make-Up & Rescheduling Policy.
Do you offer discounts for multiple family members?
Yes! For private lessons, you can add up to 2 additional swimmers (siblings, friends, cousins) for just $28 extra per swimmer regardless of lesson length. This makes it very affordable for families!
